Who is responsible?

Belrust is a service of Tenlingo, company number 1044.424.338, Georges Ottenbourgsstraat 6 bus 101, 3500 Hasselt, Belgium. Questions about your data: hello@tenlingo.com.

What data and why?

If you request a demo, we keep your name, practice or company, sector, which calendar you use, email address, phone number and anything you write in the free text field. We only use this to build your demo and to contact you. The legal basis is your request itself: steps prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To prevent misuse of the form, we keep your IP address for at most one hour, only as a counter.

How long?

We automatically delete demo request data after 12 months, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, the terms of your contract apply.

Who sees your data?

Only the Belrust team. The site runs on Cloudflare. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies to track you. We load the fonts from an external font network (Bunny Fonts and jsDelivr), without cookies. That service does see your IP address.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data, and you may object. Email us at hello@tenlingo.com. If you are not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Calls with the AI assistant

For Belrust clients, the assistant makes transcripts and recordings of calls on the client's behalf. For this, we sign a data processing agreement with every client. In every call, the assistant says that the caller is speaking to an AI.

Trial call with Lotte (belrust.com/demo)

When you call Lotte on the demo page, your voice and the conversation go to ElevenLabs, our voice partner, which turns the call into text and speech. ElevenLabs keeps the conversation for at most 30 days so we can improve the demo; after that it is deleted. You start the call yourself by clicking the button, and you can stop it at any time. Do not share real medical or personal details: Lotte works for a made-up practice.

Your browser loads the call software from jsDelivr; that service sees your IP address. What you see in the app during the demo is not stored by us: it only lives in your browser and disappears when you close the page.

After each call we count anonymously how long it lasted, in which language, which type of practice you chose and whether an appointment was booked. No name, content or IP address. We delete these daily counts after 13 months.

If you ask for a report after the call, we store your name, practice, email, your phone number if you enter it, and the short summary Lotte made of the call (no recording). We only use this to reply to you, and we delete it like a demo request: after 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
